New Customer Grabs G2's No-Matter-The-GDS Services

A streamlined process for handling travel-related processes no matter the GDS involved has attracted another player in the travel agency world, G2 SwitchWorks boasted Nov. 8.

The technology company has inked an agreement for the implementation of its G2Agent desktop into the Travelers Emergency Service System call center that serves the travel agency and global corporate travel department customers of ABC Corporate Services.

As G2Agent is a format-free, multi-GDS tool, "ABC Corporate Services can provide uninterrupted service to travelers, regardless of which GDS their agency customers use," stated Darlene Rondeau, VP of sales and marketing for G2. Plus, users can process airline ticket refunds/exchanges no matter where the ticked was originally booked, she continued.

ABC Corporate Services is a services provider to the global travel agency and corporate communities.
