Sabre Airlines Solutions Says 'Aloha' To New Customer

Sabre Airline Solutions has landed a new partner. And part of the deal is that the partner gets to join a team of carriers that will work together to help guide Sabre's technological priorities.

Sabre Holdings proclaimed Nov. 29 that Aloha Airlines has chosen a Sabre Airline Solutions tool to reach out to its customers.

Aloha hopes the SabreSonic suite, a customer sales and service solution, will help the airline increase revenues and optimize customers' experience through its multi-channel, customer-service and reporting/analysis features.

Aloha expects SabreSonic capabilities -- such as Automated Exchange and Refund, Frequent Traveler Profiles, and Automated e-Mail Notification -- to enhance productivity.

Back at you: Aloha will now become a member of Sabre Airline Solutions' customer community, a forum for member airlines to collaborate with each other to help Sabre decide how to invest in its technology projects.
